March 21st - Vernal Equinox & World Poetry Day
Vernal Equinox is here bringing balance, increase in light and blooming of the seeds we planted in the darker months. And to make it more lyrical - it is also the World Poetry Day. The biggest asteroid that will pass by Earth this year is also just doing so on this day. This seemed like a perfect moment in time to announce the opening of Swallowville and kickoff this project.
I hope you will find something on these pages that inspires you to co-create a better kinder world. See the bigger picture, the greater order... however, act accordingly in the little particulars of daily life.
All aboard! :)

"World Poetry Day is celebrated on 21 March, and was declared by UNESCO (the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) in 1999, "with the aim of supporting linguistic diversity through poetic expression and increasing the opportunity for endangered languages to be heard". Its purpose is to promote the reading, writing, publishing and teaching of poetry throughout the world and, as the original UNESCO declaration says, to "give fresh recognition and impetus to national, regional and international poetry movements"."
